Description	Dr. Eve Hepburn and Dr Wilfried Swenden are organising an ECPR Summer School on Federalism, Regionalism and Public Policy from 20-28 August at Edinburgh University. http://www.ecprnet.eu/summerschools/  Dr Hepburn and Dr Swenden will be Co-Convenors (along with Klaus Detterbeck of Magdeburg) of the ECPR Standing Group on Federalism and Regionalism. Edinburgh University looks forward to welcoming 20 PhD and early-career researchers from around the world to engage in debates with some of the world's leading experts on federalism.
