Prof Parsons will discuss his forthcoming book on methods in social science—quantitative, qualitative, experimental, simulative and interpretive—and show that these methods are effectively employed in many careers outside academia as well.

Dr Mark Urquart (Bailie Gifford)
Professor Elizabeth Bomberg (Edinburgh, PIR)
Dr Oliver Turner (Edinburgh, PIR)
Dr Ugur Ozdemir (Edinburgh, PIR)
