You are invited to intend a panel discussion entitled 'International Law and Guantanamo Detention Operations: Why it Matters'.

The aim of the event is to examine the wide range of international law and human rights issues related to continued detention operations in Guantanamo Bay. There will be 4 brief presentations followed by Q & A.
