Lecture title: What Do the #MeToo Movements Reveal about International Politics?
Abstract: Making feminist sense of international politics always calls for simultaneous explorations into the operations of gender inequities at the personal, local, national and international levels. The challenge is demanding, yet thrilling. The current #MeToo Movements are shedding bright lights on gendered operations of power in places as diverse as the UN, OXFAM, IMF, South Korea, Spain, the US, China, the UK and India - and on the international connective links between them.
