Dr Maurizio Carbone is a lecturer in the Department of Politics at the University of Glasgow. He has also worked for the European Commission in DG Development between 2001 and 2004.  His main research interests are on the external relations of the European Union, foreign aid, the politics of international development, as well as European and Italian Politics.
