Mackay debates 'Why Feminism Matters?'

Fiona Mackay ( Politics and IR at Edinburgh) will take part in an international public forum of political scientists and researchers to discuss the state of contemporary feminism, and the role of women in politics in US, UK and Australia.

The debate on March 22 in Sydney, Australia, is part of the University of Sydney's International Ideas series of public engagement events. Fellow participants include Mary Katzenstein (Cornell University), Karen Beckwith (Case Western Reserve University), Sue Goodwin (University of Sydney) and the writer Rebecca Huntley.
