Reorienting Realism: Major International Relations Theory Event
Politics and International Relations at the University of Edinburgh is hosting a major Royal Society of Edinburgh sponsored workshop entitled Reorienting Realism: Context, Crisis and Critique on Saturday 23rd of June and Sunday 24th of June,
A host of leading IR Theorists, including Michael C. Williams, William Scheuerman, Nicholas Rengger and a range of experts on Realist theory in IR will be presenting papers addressing the philosophical and historical context of Realism, Realism's affinity with Critical Theory and Realism's ability to provide insights into the nature of politics in a time of crisis.
