Edinburgh Politics undergraduate wins UK national essay prize

Congratulations to Edinburgh politics student Naomi Ralph, who has been awarded the 2008 UK Political Studies Association prize for best undergraduate essay on women and politics.

This is the third year running that Edinburgh students have won this national competition.  Naomi was nominated for the prize by the team who teach the Honours Course, Contemporary Feminist Thought.  She will receive her prize of £150 at the Women and Politics specialist group reception at the PSA annual conference in Manchester next April.
