The UK in Europe 40 Years: What Has It Meant for Scotland?

Special 2-day Transatlantic Seminar on the UK in Europe

Together with the European Parliament office in Edinburgh and Europa Institute, Edinburgh PIR will present a special 2-day Transatlantic Seminar on ‘The UK in Europe 40 Years:  What Has It Meant for Scotland?’ 31 October and 1 November (Thurs-Fri).  Thursday’s programme will take place at the EP’s office at The Tun, Holyrood Road and Friday the event will move to High School Yards at the University. 

Speakers include PIR’s own Charlie Jeffery and John Peterson, the Law School’s Jo Shaw, Mike Shackleton of Maastricht University, the legendary Tam Dalyell, Ian Traynor (Brussels correspondent for The Guardian) and a rich variety of MEPs, MSPs and MPs.
