Edinburgh Political Union wins at the Activities Awards

EPU and the North American Society won for Best Group Event in 2016.

EPU together with the North American Society won an award for the Best Group Event at this year's Activities Awards. They co-hosted a US Election Night Viewing Party in November 2016 that attracted over 1200 students from across Scotland, making it the largest student gathering for the election in the UK outside of London. The event was covered by several news outlets, and ran until 5:30 in the morning

EPU was also a runner-up in the Student Group of the Year category as an academic society. Massive congratulations to our engaged and highly organized EPU students!
