Deanna Soloninka is a PhD candidate in Politics researching external influence on state-minority relations in Ukraine and Moldova.
This research is supported by a Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada (SSHRC) Doctoral Fellowship and a 2019 European Union Studies Association (EUSA) Haas Fund Fellowship.
