Working Title
Political Relations between the Holy See and Lebanon since Vatican II
Research Interests
I am working on the Vatican as a political actor in the Arab world with a special focus on Lebanon. My current research interests are focussed on issues surrounding multiculturalism and ethnic division, and the roles of reason and religion in the modern democratic state.
Other areas of interest: Interreligious dialogue; US & UK policy in the Middle East; Christian Theology; Modern Islamic thought.
